Our workers are highly valued in Bergen Plastics. We are a team, and it is when we work together we create added value for the company and our customers. Our factories are running 24/7-365 days a year. We have a team structure and all teams have a leader. Every team can run the factory with the same standards, meaning we can secure that our customers always get the volume they need with the right specifications.
We have more than 15 nationalities and workers and management with different backgrounds, experiences and educations. But what they all have in common is that they are more than average good in what they do, they care for the company, they care for our customers and they have a passion for child safe packaging.
We onboard our new team members with training and they all get a mentor that is their contact point. For us it is very important that we have a well functioning team that embraces the WCM passion and make the organization more competitive by creating competent people to attack losses.
